All Isabella Maximillian pieces are carefully packed and shipped from Los Angeles, California.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Complimentary shipping may be offered on qualifying orders.

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all original packaging and tags attached.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be declined.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
